The Hasbro release of Masterpiece Grimlock was released in Toy’s'R’Us stores in Canada before anywhere else
(although it premiered at the Sandiego Comic Con first). Although a quick glance makes Masterpiece Grimlock‘s Tyrannosaurus Rex (Mecha-Godzilla) and Robot modes look like TakaraTomy‘s Masterpiece MP-08 Grimlock, there are many differences between the two figures.
Masterpiece Grimlock‘s teeth and sword-blade and tail-tip have been blunted – while I can see how the sword and tail tip could possibly put-out a childs (or a very stupid teenager or adults) eye, the blunted teeth seem to have no safety reasoning behind them, it’s not as though the jaw-snapping feature has enough strength to sever a finger, and you’d have to be sawing for quite a long time for the serations to even break the skin. transformers/transformersgrimlock-review-generations-masterpiece-grimlock-action-figure-style.html#more-47″ class=”more-link”>Read the rest of this entry »

My review on the best of the best…MP Grimlock. You can see this on full HD
From the 3rd season, 24th episode. Grimlock has to save the entire universe from some spider energy thing that was made by the same jerk who made Unicron. Grimlock is my favorite Transfomer. I love his laugh. The episode is called “The Call of the Primitives” from G1 Transformers. Let’s hope they get our Grimlock mostly right in the new movie.
